Monster P is an artist from the Dirty South of France, this nickname is a tribute to his mother who is a huge fan of Master P since the early 90's and refers to his mad love for horror movies since he was a kid. He is a globe-trotter who used to live also in Canada, Mexico and The Netherlands.

This eclectic producer started very young in France as a rapper in a group, several years later, he decided to move alone to Mexico where he discovered electronic music by hanging around all across the country with house djs. During his travel he met a londonian who was a punk during the Sex Pistols rising, a guitar virtuoso specialized in flamenco who produced for people like Paco De Lucia. This man taught Monster P how to produce music on a computer and he started by making instrumentals for his hardcore rap lyrics.

Very quick, he felt bored of making loops and started to get influenced by the french electro-house scene. He oriented himself to productions only built with cutted samples and made connections with american rappers of New-York and Atlanta in order to remix them. Since a couple of month now, he is integrating saturated sounds and dynamic effects to modernize his style, by that, he is getting closer from his audio personality step by step.
